1. Scope of Agreement

By requesting quotations, placing orders, or purchasing industrial equipment from Mohan Mechanical Works, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. All product listings, technical descriptions, and engineering drawings are subject to change without prior notice as part of our continuous product development.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Payments

• Proforma Invoices: Official pricing, tax implications, and delivery schedules are confirmed solely through the issuance of a formal written quotation or proforma invoice.

• Payment Compliance: Agreed advance deposits and final settlement installments must be paid strictly according to the written schedule prior to the dispatch of heavy machinery from our production units.

3. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

• Manufacturing Warranty: All machinery is built using premium-grade components under professional supervision. Our liability is restricted strictly to the repair or replacement of verified manufacturing defects.

• Exclusion of Damages: Mohan Mechanical Works shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential commercial damages, loss of production, or financial loss arising from improper installation, operation, or misuse of our equipment.

• Governing Law: Any legal disputes arising from business transactions are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the local courts governing our manufacturing headquarters in New Delhi.
